At Doré & Dear, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with

reputed national courier services. We deliver anywhere in India. All your orders would typically

be delivered within 10-15 working days from the date of order.

Easy Returns/Exchange Policy

We at Doré & Dear hope you love our products just as much as we do but in case you’re unhappy with anything you have received from our store, then we can help with the exchange only and cashback or store credit returns.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product for whatsoever reason, simply trace back to your order and choose the exchange option. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the order.

Alternatively, you can also e-mail us on doreanddear.returns@gmail.com and we will be happy to process the exchange for you.

Your request for return / exchange should be received within 3 days and your product should be received within 7 days.

The items should be unused and unwashed with original packaging and tags in place. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Following product categories fall under “No Exchange” unless there is an inherent damage issue at the time of delivery due to a missfrom our quality team.

Process of Exchange Request

1. Login to your Doré & Dear account and place an exchange request. Dispatch the product through a reputed or well-known courier service, or choose the pickup option—our pickup partner will collect the order from your doorstep.

3. After dispatch please share booking receipt with order ID, contact number email ID and new size or measurements on doreanddear.returns@gmail.com

Process of Return Request –

1. Login to your Doré & Dear account and place a return request.

2. Dispatch the product from any reputed or well known courier Service, or choose pick up and our pick up partner will come to your door steps for order pick up.

3. After dispatch please share booking receipt with order ID, contact number, email ID and reason for return on doreanddear.returns@gmail.com

4. Once the product is received by us, Either store credits of exchanged piece amount will be issued that can be used from your Doré & Dear wallet. These credits can be redeemed against any future purchase from our website within 180 days. Or you will receive the amount of exchanged piece in your bank account within10 days once we receive the returned item in perfect unused condition.

5. Once a return request is approved, the issued store credits must be used on the website within 180 days, after which they will lapse.

*Please make sure that the products are with all the brand tags, if anything found missing then you will not be eligible for store credit or cash back.

Note : ₹350 will be deducted from the total amount in case of any return. Custom Fit orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Eligibility for Successful Return/Exchange

The product must be sent out from the customers end with the original brand label, article number, un-detached price tag and complete packaging within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.

Upon examination, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition. It is also vital that the product does not possess any stains, scratches,tears or rips.

Doré & Dear Store Credits –

While placing an order for redemption of your store credits or wallet points, please know that the credit is available for clothing only.

Custom orders do not accept any store credits or wallet points.

Store credit will be valid for 180 Days. If you are unable to use the store credit and have lapsed, the store credit will not be issued again.

All products will be dry clean only.

Only one time exchange is available.

No discount or promos apply on store credits.

If your product is stolen or stolen during the transit, we’re not responsible and we can’t reimburse or refund any amount. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
